THANK YOU to our amazing patients for how understanding you have been with our postponing of routine treatments as per governmental and professional guidance during the pandemic
Over the 3+ years our dedicated team have worked 7 days a week to triage and treat those of you who were unfortunate enough to experience a dental emergency. Chris, Jemma, Daniel and Fiona also volunteered for redeployment as part of the wider NHS effort, working weekly in the South Eastern Trust Covid Response - Urgent Dental Centre providing Oral Surgery and uncontrolled pain management.
When we stand on the other side of history we will know that we played our part and did what was right.
We are well under way with our phased return to routine care, working closely with the Denplan, NHS, Health and Social Care Board and British Dental Association.
We are very grateful to Denplan🍏 for assisting us to provide continuous and ongoing care for our patients throughout the pandemic.
You can contact us at either practice: Monday to Friday, with emergency contact available at weekends.
We have implemented enhanced safety procedures to reduce the risk of Covid-19, PPE, social distancing and mechanical ventilation.
Please do not come to the practice without an appointment
Make your appointment over the phone and follow the instructions from our reception staff
Endeavour to arrive as close to your appointment time as possible
If you have a new continuous cough or high temperature please cancel your appointment
Try to use the toilet at home, rather than at the practice
When you come, immediately use the automated hand sanitiser provided
Please maintain social distancing
Our staff follow governmental, BDA and health board guidance for cross infection - do not be alarmed if they are wearing enhanced personal protection equipment
In Lisburn, follow the one way system, leaving by the side door, sanitising your hands before leaving. In Stranmillis, our staff will escort you out.
